How does unlimited graphic design work?
Your subscription gives you unlimited graphic design requests and unlimited revisions. Depending on your plan, you can have a set number of active requests in progress at one time. Once a request is completed, we'll move on to the next one in your queue, keeping your projects moving without additional design fees.
What counts as a design request?
A design request is any individual graphic design project that's included in your subscription plan. This can include social media graphics, advertisements, flyers, brochures, presentations, marketing materials, print designs, digital graphics, and more. If you're ever unsure whether something qualifies, just ask your dedicated project manager.
Who creates my designs?
Every project is created by experienced designers on our team. We don't rely on AI to generate your designs or outsource work to random freelancers. Your requests are completed by skilled creatives who understand your brand and work closely with your dedicated project manager to deliver consistent, professional results.
How long does it take to receive my designs?
Most standard design requests are completed within 1 to 2 business days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. If a request needs a longer timeline, we'll provide an estimated completion date before work begins so you always know what to expect.
Can you match my existing brand?
Absolutely. Simply provide your existing brand guidelines, logo, colors, fonts, or previous marketing materials, and we'll design everything to match your brand consistently. If you don't have a professional brand yet, we also offer branding as an optional add-on.Your subscription includes support for:

Who owns the final designs?
Once your design has been approved, you own the final artwork created specifically for your business. We provide the finished files for your approved projects, and editable source files are available upon request.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting your dedicated project manager or our support team.
When your subscription is paused:
- Billing is paused until you resume.
- Any active design requests are paused.
- Your completed projects and account remain securely stored.
- Your current subscription pricing is locked in while your account is paused for one additional billing term.
When you're ready to continue, simply reactivate your subscription and billing will resume from that date. There are no refunds for payments that have already been made toward your current billing period or commitment.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time to increase your available creative capacity. If you'd like to downgrade, the new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing term. Simply let your dedicated project manager know, or contact our support team, and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work. If we can't make you happy with your very first design request or within the first 7 days of your subscription, whichever comes first, we'll provide a full refund. Our goal is to build a long-term partnership, and we want you to feel confident getting started.
How do revisions work?
We offer unlimited revisions on all design requests included in your subscription. Simply leave your feedback with your dedicated project manager, and we'll continue refining the design until you're happy with the final result.
What if I need something designed that isn't listed?
If you're unsure whether a project is included, just ask. Most graphic design requests are covered by your subscription. If something falls outside your plan or requires a specialized service, we'll let you know before any work begins and discuss the best solution.

What is a managed website?
A managed website is a website that is designed, hosted, maintained, and updated for you as an ongoing service. Instead of managing the technical and creative work yourself, vonWolf Graphics handles your website for you.
Does website management include website design?
Yes. Managed websites include both website design and ongoing website management. You aren't purchasing one without the other.
Can you build a website from scratch?
Yes. We can create everything from a simple one-page website to a full multi-page or ecommerce website, depending on what your business needs.
Do I have to write my own website content?
No. Website content is collaborative. You can provide your own content, contribute information and ideas, or have vonWolf Graphics help handle the content as part of the service.
Is SEO included?
Yes. Every managed website includes basic on-page SEO and Google tracking setup. This includes things such as meta tags, heading structure, image optimization, and other foundational SEO elements.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting is included in your monthly payment while your website is under the managed website agreement.
Can I make changes to my website?
Yes. Your plan includes unlimited changes to existing pages. New pages and website features may be an additional cost to be discussed at time of interest.
Do I need to know how to manage a website?
No. That's the point. vonWolf Graphics handles the website so you don't have to learn how to manage hosting, make technical updates, handle SEO, or figure out which provider to call.
Can I transfer my website later?
Yes. Once the required website payments have been completed, you own your website and can choose to transfer your website to a hosting provider of your choice.
How long do I make website payments?
The managed website service is structured around a two-year payment period.
After the payment period is complete, you can either transfer the website to a host of your choice or continue with vonWolf Graphics and discuss a new website design.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Managed websites can be used for both new websites and redesigning an existing website.
Can you manage a website I already have?
The managed website service is designed around building and managing websites through vonWolf Graphics. If you already have a website, schedule a call so we can determine whether it can be brought into the service.

How does monthly billing work?

Does pausing extend my subscription?

Pausing stops the service and billing temporarily. It does not add unused time to the end of your subscription.
What happens when I resume a paused subscription?
Your next billing date depends on when you resume.
For example, if you were originally billed on the 1st of each month and resume before your next scheduled billing date, your normal billing cycle can continue. If you resume after that date, your next billing date may shift to the date you resume.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscription cancellation terms depend on the service you purchased.

Are refunds available?
