Once a request is completed, we'll move on to the next one in your queue, keeping your projects moving without additional design fees.
What counts as a design request?
A design request is any individual graphic design project that's included in your subscription plan. This can include social media graphics, advertisements, flyers, brochures, presentations, marketing materials, print designs, digital graphics, and more. If you're ever unsure whether something qualifies, just ask your dedicated project manager.
Who creates my designs?
Every project is created by experienced designers on our team. We don't rely on AI to generate your designs or outsource work to random freelancers. Your requests are completed by skilled creatives who understand your brand and work closely with your dedicated project manager to deliver consistent, professional results.
How long does it take to receive my designs?
Most standard design requests are completed within 1 to 2 business days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. If a request needs a longer timeline, we'll provide an estimated completion date before work begins so you always know what to expect.
Can you match my existing brand?
Absolutely. Simply provide your existing brand guidelines, logo, colors, fonts, or previous marketing materials, and we'll design everything to match your brand consistently. If you don't have a professional brand yet, we also offer branding as an optional add-on.Your subscription includes support for:
- Basic: 1 brand
- Advanced: Up to 2 brands
- Professional: Unlimited brands
Who owns the final designs?
Once your design has been approved, you own the final artwork created specifically for your business. We provide the finished files for your approved projects, and editable source files are available upon request.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting your dedicated project manager or our support team.
When your subscription is paused:
- Billing is paused until you resume.
- Any active design requests are paused.
- Your completed projects and account remain securely stored.
- Your current subscription pricing is locked in while your account is paused for one additional billing term.
When you're ready to continue, simply reactivate your subscription and billing will resume from that date. There are no refunds for payments that have already been made toward your current billing period or commitment.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time to increase your available creative capacity. If you'd like to downgrade, the new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing term. Simply let your dedicated project manager know, or contact our support team, and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work. If we can't make you happy with your very first design request or within the first 7 days of your subscription, whichever comes first, we'll provide a full refund. Our goal is to build a long-term partnership, and we want you to feel confident getting started.
How do revisions work?
We offer unlimited revisions on all design requests included in your subscription. Simply leave your feedback with your dedicated project manager, and we'll continue refining the design until you're happy with the final result.
What if I need something designed that isn't listed?
If you're unsure whether a project is included, just ask. Most graphic design requests are covered by your subscription. If something falls outside your plan or requires a specialized service, we'll let you know before any work begins and discuss the best solution.
